That’s why the Wanna Play? campaign was born. To educate people about how beneficial playing a musical instrument is, and to inspire more people–from children to seniors–to become active participants in music making.
The Wanna Play? campaign was designed by NAMM, the not-for-profit trade association for the international music products industry. NAMM is comprised of more than 9,000 local music stores, manufacturers and affiliates that believe in music and wanted to develop a program focused on improving peoples’ lives by connecting them with the proven benefits of making music.
At age 5 or age 85, everyone can benefit socially, mentally and physically from playing an instrument. Why not start now…Wanna Play?
Whether you are looking for a pastime with friends or your second chance at stardom, why not pick up a musical instrument and have some fun.
