  • MAINTENANCE & REPAIR is included in the above prices and covers any accidental damage.
  • RESPONSIBILITY: You are fully responsible for the instrument and its safe return to Kagan & Gaines Music Co., Inc.
  • RENTAL PAYMENTS: By submitting the rental application online, you authorize Kagan & Gaines Music Co., Inc. to charge your credit card for the initial rental payment and subsequent payments.
  • RENT WITH OPTION TO BUY: Up to two years of rental paid on violins, violas, cellos, and basses (with a maximum of 50% of the value of the instrument) can be applied toward the purchase price. You do not have to purchase the instrument you are renting, you can choose from a large inventory of older or newer instruments. Trade-in accepted for larger size instrument or better quality instrument (80% allowed on small size and 100% on full size). All instruments have a one (1) year warranty.
  • FREE DELIVERY AND PICK UP: A weekly service call will be made to your school for any instrument repairs or exchanges. We will also provide a free loaner instrument while yours is being repaired.
  • RENTAL RETURN: Parents, you may return the instrument with no penalty, as long as your account is paid up to date. You can bring it back to us at our Forest Park store or call us for Return Authorization to leave it at your child’s school. Do not depend on your teacher to do this. It is your responsibility.
  • PRIVACY POLICY: We respect your privacy rights. Any information gathered by Kagan & Gaines Music Co., Inc. will be kept strictly confidential.
